On 19 March 2020, Parliament accepted the Danish government's proposed aid package. The aid package contains a number of bills with the purpose of mitigating the negative economic consequences of covid-19 for the Danish business and industry. A second aid package was announced on 18 March 2020, with focus on SMEs.
Denmark is deploying DKK 60bn in an effort to secure new loans to SMEs and Enterprises.
